Trevor is a diversity, inclusion and violence prevention consultant who focuses on transformative projects around the world. Trevor works with government and corporate partners on deconstructing gender norms and creating innovative violence prevention programming. He possesses unique expertise from working with professional sports, hospitality, technology, extractive and post-secondary organizations internally and externally to help foster more inclusive, safe and successful environments. Trevor is a regular commentator on Newstalk 1010 programs and has been featured in numerous print, radio and television media throughout North America.

MINA DEMIAN

Mina is a passionate community leader with diverse business development, social finance, and fund development background. Mina’s insatiable curiosity led him to an EMBA to hone his business, strategy, and social innovation skills. Now a big believer that technology can create meaningful social change for organizations and non-profits, he works as a Director of Business Development Partnerships for Technology Helps, a social enterprise dedicated to ending technology poverty in the non-profit sector. On his days off, Mina can be found being pulled by his giant dog or watching the next terrible horror film, much to the disdain of his wife and family.

ANGIE DUONG

Angie is a compassionate leader charged with creating 10KC’s innovative people programs and shepherding 10KC culture. Angie has worked in HR roles for over a decade, from government to oil and gas to technology. She believes that providing flexibility and autonomy in the workplace helps people be their best selves at work, and is passionate about building more diversity and inclusion practices into 10KC system design, processes, and programs. With a knack for attracting, recruiting and retaining top performers, Angie is leading 10KC to become known as a top employer in Canada. As a certified multi-hull captain, Angie plans to retire on a catamaran and sail the world – but for now she’s settling for the mountains and her most particular (and toothless) little Maltese.
